Hi! My name is Xochitl Pasten, and I am a sophomore at LMU. As a Los Angeles native, I wanted to go to a school close to home and I soon realized LMU was the perfect fit for me for in my college career. I am a student worker in the Enrollment Management office and a Writing Tutor in the Academic Resource Center. As an English major, I spend most of my time reading and writing. However, when I am not working or doing homework, I enjoy spending time with friends, watching the Dodgers during baseball season, and reading for pleasure. I am currently reading “Rain of Gold” by Victor Villaseñor and enjoying it thoroughly. LMU has become a second home and I can’t wait to share my experiences!
